XCMG showcases 【Scenario-Product】 integrated solutions at bauma 2025

On April 7 (local time), XCMG showcased over 60 products across seven major categories at bauma 2025, presenting global customers with integrated "scenario + product" solutions.

The exhibited XCMG products emphasized "intelligent manufacturing + low-carbon," with 40% being new energy products, aligning closely with the exhibition's theme: "Solid Innovation for Green Tomorrow." Among the highlights was XCMG's first hybrid all-terrain crane, the XCA60EV, developed specifically for the European market, capable of achieving zero-emission operation. Additionally, pavers, milling machines, and light rollers offered "smart full-scenario" solutions, while the XZ450E-R horizontal directional drill improved steering speed by 200% and reduced slurry consumption by 60%.

Yang Dongsheng, Chairman of XCMG Group and XCMG Machinery, stated that XCMG remains committed to its mission of "Engineering Technology Leads, Equipping a Better Future," striving for sustainable development and providing global customers with more efficient, intelligent, and eco-friendly full-lifecycle solutions. Currently, XCMG has achieved full electrification and green transformation across its product line, with a 19% penetration rate for its "Qingshan Green" new energy products.

At bauma 2025, XCMG held a "High-End Complete Equipment Batch Delivery Ceremony," handing over a batch of high-end cranes, intelligent earthmoving equipment, horizontal directional drills, new energy excavators, and complete road machinery to customers.

XCMG also launched its next-generation global telematics platform, the Xrea System. Integrating IoT, big data, cloud computing, and AI, the platform enhances global connectivity, supporting over 10 languages via PC and mobile apps. With smart data analysis, fault and maintenance alerts, and data-sharing management, it enables customers to effortlessly monitor and maintain equipment from anywhere in the world.

At the exhibition, Schwing Stetter (XCMG's German subsidiary) unveiled its first fully electric pump truck and the Ultra Eco pure electric mixer truck, co-developed with XCMG. This marks another milestone in their technological collaboration and a significant step toward zero emissions, low energy consumption, and high efficiency in the global construction machinery industry.

To better address customer needs and enhance localized service capabilities, XCMG officially established its European Training Center, which will support dealers, customers, and European subsidiaries in brand promotion, sales, and after-sales services, fostering a new model for local talent development. Additionally, XCMG Italy and XCMG Europe Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.-XCMG's first self-built financing platform in Europe-were inaugurated, accelerating marketing and financial services in the Europe-America-Australia (EU-NA-ANZ) markets and advancing XCMG's "R&D-Production-Supply-Sales-Service-Finance" full-ecosystem strategy.
