The ZTH5500E is equipped with Zoomlion's self-developed 800 kWh high-density battery pack, supporting fast charging to full capacity in 1.5 hours. With a fully loaded range of 350 km, it meets all urban concrete transportation needs. Compared to traditional diesel trucks, it reduces CO₂ emissions by approximately 100 tons per vehicle annually and cuts energy costs by 60%.
AI-Powered Dispatch System
Featuring an onboard 5G module and AI algorithms, the truck can analyze real-time traffic conditions and concrete status (such as slump and temperature), automatically adjusting drum rotation speed. Data is synchronized with Zoomlion's "Concrete Chain Cloud" platform, enabling smart fleet dispatching and route optimization, improving efficiency by 30%.

Key Customers Sign On-Site Agreements
At the launch event, Zoomlion signed strategic procurement agreements with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) and China Resources Cement. The two companies will deploy 200 electric mixer trucks in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area projects. Li Feng, Project Manager of CSCEC Fifth Division, commented: "Its zero-noise and zero-emission features make it ideal for urban nighttime construction, helping us comply with environmental regulations."
